Why I’m Starting A Bullet Journal

For those of you who don’t know, a bullet journal is a combination between a journal, planner and to-do list. There are countless videos and blog posts detailing the basic outline of how one should go, but really its up to you to decide the design. This kind of product is what I’ve been looking for and so I’ve compiled a short list of reasons as to why I want to start one.

Choosing The Right College: A Guide

It hit me today as I was discussing grad school options with my friends, that it has been almost three whole years since I received my first college acceptance letter. Now that I’m basically doing the whole process over again, I want to make a list of things that are really important in choosing the right college. These are things that I definitely didn’t really put enough thought into the first time around.

#blackoncampus:Why Its Both A Blessing And A Curse

When I committed to attending an ivy league university for four years, it was with the understanding that I would be the minority. A quick google search told me that black students make up about 5% of the Cornell population, but in my mind 5% of 14,000 undergraduate students had to be enough for us to have decent representation on campus.

Never did I think that throwing myself into this situation would be both a blessing and a curse.
