[First Listen] BTS – Love Yourself: Her

One of my favorite groups BTS (방탄소년단) released a new album called Love Yourself: Her. This album has been greatly anticipated not just by the K-pop community but even by western media. Today I’m listening to the whole album for the first time and giving you a look into what I thought about each song.

Give the album a listen while you read my review. It’s available to stream on Spotify and Apple Music. Also watch the DNA music video!

Guide to College Apps : The Resume

In honor of the Common App opening and the five year anniversary of the start of my own college applications, I’ve decided to start a new series. This “Guide to College Apps” series will outline some of the most important things you need to be aware of when applying to colleges.

When trying to decide what to tackle first, everything can seem really overwhelming. Why do you like going to school?

I get to see my friends. I get to learn new things. I get to go to recess. Check.

I’ve only been learning Korean (formally) for about four years now, and although I’m far from mastering the language I think I’ve gotten pretty far in a short amount of time. So, I’ve laid out a few things that have helped me throughout my language journey.

Why I’m Starting A Bullet Journal

For those of you who don’t know, a bullet journal is a combination between a journal, planner and to-do list. There are countless videos and blog posts detailing the basic outline of how one should go, but really its up to you to decide the design. This kind of product is what I’ve been looking for and so I’ve compiled a short list of reasons as to why I want to start one.
